I ship directly from Montréal, QC. Most orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days.

Carriers: Trusted partners for discreet, reliable delivery.
Tracking: Every order comes with tracking so you can follow your package.
Privacy: All packages arrive in plain, unmarked packaging for your peace of mind.
Delays: Busy times (like Valentine’s Day) may cause slight delays.

If you have special shipping needs, please contact me before placing your order and I’ll do my best to accommodate. 

Returns & Exchanges

Because of the intimate nature of these products, I cannot accept returns or exchanges. This policy ensures your health, safety, and peace of mind.

Every item is personally tested (turned on before leaving my hands) so you can feel confident it will arrive defect-free. Many manufacturers also provide their own product warranties, which I can help you navigate if needed. If you are experience and issue please contact me and I will do my best to help!

Toy Maintenance & Cleaning

Taking care of your toys is just as important as enjoying them.

Before & after every use: Clean with an antibacterial toy cleaner designed for intimate products.
Pure silicone toys (no mechanics): These can be sanitized by boiling for 3–5 minutes.
Glass toys: Boilable too, but handle with care. Remember that glass holds heat longer than you might think—always let it cool fully before use.
